Intercambio juvenil entre la asociación del Consejo Estudiantil (SV) Tilbeck, Kosmos-Bildung gGmbH, Alemania y la Asociación Española de Altas Capacidades y Talentos de Ibiza y Formentera (ACTEF), de Esapaña

Nuestro proyecto parte de un grupo de jóvenes de características especiales por su alta capacidad intelectual y compartido con nuestros socios de un centro de educación alternativa (Montesori) y con experiencia en trabajo asambleario y parlamentario y atención e integración de personas de educación especial.

Con este proyecto, donde que se  desarrollará con el tema central “como aprendemos que es la integración” a través de mi propia experiencia, en la escuela, la familia y la sociedad. Se creará un espacio para ayudar a los jóvenes a reflexionar sobre la educación en la  inclusión  que reciben, teniendo en cuenta el origen, la cultura y las costumbres, llevando a cabo diálogos donde se verán reflejadas las diferencias  sociales  y donde todos los temas son elegidos por los participantes.

También  se trabajará la cooperación entre personas  de otro país con otra lengua, mejorando las competencias lingüísticas y las habilidades sociales y emocionales.

La creatividad  será el medio de expresión de esta experiencia por medio de un vídeo cuyo tema y realización es decidido y realizado íntegramente por los participantes en consenso y colaboración durante el intercambio.

Contexto:

En una casa típica Pagesa ibicenca del siglo XVII perteneciente al ayuntamiento de a la ciudad de Ibiza, preparada para recibir grupos de jóvenes, con instalaciones adecuadas y un gran espacio exterior, se creará un buen ambiente para el trabajo cooperativo.

Los grupos parten de que las entidades organizadoras ya han trabajado juntas en otros proyectos de intercambio haciendo fluida la comunicación y el acuerdo.

Objetivos:

– Promover el diálogo  y el pensamiento critico.

– Mejorar las competencias de habilidades sociales, de cooperación y creatividad.

– Encontrar un nuevo reto, mejorando su comunicación en lenguas extranjeras.

– Maduración de las capacidades de las organizaciones de las entidades.

Para conseguir estos objetivos lo que haremos en el proyecto será:

-Asambleas donde trabajar la reflexión y el diálogo social

-Refuerzo linguistico no formal

-Rodaje de un vídeo, donde aprenderán a cooperar,  a expresarse y a estrechar lazos de amistad

-Crear situaciones de comunicación cotidianas para el trabajo lingüístico y participar en intercambios culinarios de juegos y canciones donde se aprenderá activamente sobre las cultura de los dos paises .

-Talleres de trabajo emocional  para toma de conciencia en el papel de las emociones en el aprendizaje.

-Las visitas culturales como a la ciudad antigua de Ibiza Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco, ruta cultural por la isla de Formentera o la proyección de una película histórica y visita del historiador y productor de esta  servirán de aprendizaje ayudarán a la mejor comprensión del origen de nuestra cultura y entender nuestras costumbres y el origen de nuestras opiniones.

El numero de participantes será de 15 jóvenes Alemanes acompañados de dos guías y 15 españoles con la participación de dos guías y dos monitores de apoyo

El perfil de los participante en este proyecto son un colectivo mayoritariamente con dificultades de aprendizaje por su alta capacidad o por déficit de esta, con dificultades sociales debido a su diferencia de funcionamiento añadido a las dificultades geográficas con las que se encuentran los jóvenes pertenecientes a esta isla de Ibiza

La metodología para llevar a cabo el proyecto será principalmente a  través de las emociones se pretende obtener estos objetivos.

El Impacto que esperamos conseguir como resultado, en primera persona para los jóvenes,  el hecho de  aprender  a expresarse verbalmente, con la creatividad y con emociones, a través de un vídeo,  aprender a ser capaz de convertir un pensamiento en una opinión o una idea y la idea en acción y poder  llegar a transmitirla a otras personas y crear impacto.

Indirectamente  ver como llega la información a través de su experiencia a nuestros jóvenes y trasmitirlo a la sociedad por redes sociales tanto virtuales como fisicas, y presentar las opiniones de los jóvenes ante las autoridades locales.

Con este intercambio crearemos un puente para intercambios futuros en primer lugar con nuestros socios que ya se planifica para junio del 2017 y la posibilidad de seguir creando proyectos donde se trabajen temas sociales ya que nuestros jóvenes son sensibles con estos temas y les afectan emocionalmente, esperamos crear un caldo de cultivo para futuros adultos que tomen iniciativas

Youth exchange between the german entity Tilbeck- Kosmos Bildung GmbH and the spanish association ACTEF (Gifted and Talented of Ibiza and Formentera)

Our project is addressed to a group of young people with special characteristics due to their high intelectual capacity, shared with our partner, an alternative Montessori School with long experience in integrating and nursing people with special needs.

The central subject of this project gahters integration through education at school, at home and society helping young people find the atmospehere to think about the inclusion they are experiencing, regarding at the same time circumstances such as country of origin, culture and way of life in a constant dialogue that will reflect social constrast.

At the same time, we will work on cooperational aspects between people with different languages, which will improve their linguistic skills in german and spanish, as well as social and emotional intelligence.

All the above is to be acheived through creativity activities blended at the end in a videoclip resulting from the cooperational work throughout the week of exchange.

Context:

The exchange will take place in an old farmer’s house belonging to the administration, adequatly prepared to shelter young groups, with great open air areas, perfect to establish a positive atmosphere in which cooperation is at ease.

The groups’ selection is based on former events shared by both partner entities in the past years, making communication and agreements easier.

Aims:

-Reinforcing of dialogue and critical thinking

-Improving of social skills, cooperation and creativity

-Discovery of a new challenge, improving language skills in german and spanish

-Evolving of organizational skills

As a way to achieve the above, following activities will take place:

-Discussions to debate about special subjects of social nature

-Filming of a short videoclip around cooperation, expression and friendship

-Enhancing of daily situations for practising language skills through exchange of songs, games, plays, cooking, etc.

-Workshops for the awareness of emotions in the learning process.

-Culture journeys focused on getting a glimpse on people’s differences and the historical, political reasons why they have become what they are up to date.

The exchange group will consist of 15 german and 15 spanish scholars, accompanied by two leaders each and the extra help of two more caretakers.

Participants’ profile: Students from 13 years on belonging to a group with educational disadvantages, be it a high intellectual capacity or a lower one, both affected by social exclusion due to a difference in their way of processing, geographical isolation aside.

The main guideline will rely on emotional work.

A brief description of this project’s impact includes the very experience of the student himself while learning to express verbally, through emotions and creativity through a videoclip, learning to transpose a thought into an opinion or idea in action and transmitting it to the others in order to achieve an impact on them.

A second aim is to create an impact on the rest of young people, social networks especially dedicated to young groups, educators and administration.

This exchange project also aims to create a bridge for future events with our partners in the firs place, having a follow up in june 2017, and other coming up social projects for our youngsters to become initiating and projecting adults themselves.

Youth exchange between the german student board Tilbeck, Kosmos Bildung GmbH, german and the Spanish association for gifted and talented children in Ibiza and Formentera (ACTEF).

Our project is addressed to a group of young people with special characteristics due to their high intellectual capacities, shared with our associates from an alternative Montessori School with wide experience in integrating and nursing people with special needs.

The main objective of this project gathers integration through education at school, at home and society, helping young people find the atmosphere to think about the inclusion they are experiencing, keeping in mind circumstances such as the country of origin, culture and way of life in a constant dialogue that will reflect social contrast. Therefore, the main topic of this project is “how we learn what is integration” and every matter will be choose by the participants.

At the same time, we will work about the cooperation between people with different languages, which will improve their linguistic skills in german and spanish, as well as social and emotional intelligence.

The creativity will be the way of expressing in this experience through a videoclip whose subject and filming will be decided and made entirely by the participants from the exchange.

Context:

The exchange will take place in a tipical ibicencan house of the XVII century, belonging to the local administration of Ibiza, adequately prepared to shelter young groups, with great open air areas, perfect to establish a positive atmosphere in which cooperation is at ease.

The groups’ selection is based on former events shared by both partnered entities in the past years, making communication and agreements easier.

Aims:

-Reinforcing a dialogue and critical thinking.

-Improving social skills, cooperation and creativity.

-Discovering new challenges, improving skills in foreing languages.

-Reflecting about the capacities from the associations of the entities

As a way to achieve the above skills, the following activities will take place:

-Discussions to debate about special subjects of social nature

-Non-formal linguistic reinforcement

-Filming of a short video clip around cooperation to learn expressions and friendships

-Enhancing of daily situations for practising language skills through exchange of songs, games, plays, cooking, etc…about both cultures in each country.

-Workshops for the awareness of emotions in a learning process.

-Cultural excursions : Ibiza old Town (named Worl Heritage Site by UNESCO), Cultural route of the island of Formentera, a projection of a historic film and the visit of its producer and historian that will be used for the understanding of our culture, customs and origin

 The exchange group will consist of 15 german and 15 spanish scholars. Each group will be accompanied by two leaders  and the extra help of two more caretakers.

Participants’ profile is a group of children with learning difficulties due their high intellectual capacities and social difficulties from living on an island.

The methodology will rely on the emotional work in order to achieve this objectives.

The impact we expect to achieve as a result includes the experience of the student himself while learning to express verbally, through emotions and creativity whilst they make a video clip, being able to convert a thinking into an opinion or idea and this idea into an action for transmit it to other people and to create impact.

A second aim is to create an impact on the rest of young people, social networks especially dedicated to young groups, educators and administration.

This exchange project also aims to create a bridge for future events with our partners in the first place, having a follow up in June 2017, and the possibility of creating projects to work around social topics, so our youngsters are sensitive with these subjects and affects them emotionally. We hope to create a basis for future adults who take initiatives.
